This comprehensive course serves as a solid starting point for integrating NVC concepts and mindfulness into your life. Over the course of 8 weeks, you will explore the fundamental principles of NVC and learn essential mindfulness techniques. Through a combination of short lectures, group discussions, and experiential exercises, you will develop the skills to communicate more effectively with compassion and to cultivate present moment awareness.
fundamentals of NVc & Mindfulness: PART II
In this continuation of The Fundamentals of NVC, we will dig deeper into your experiences, providing you with more tools to communicate with greater self-awareness and compassion. You will experience a dynamic blend of teaching methods designed to engage your mind, emotions, and body. By grounding ourselves in the here and now, we can authentically connect with ourselves and others. This heightened awareness will support you in responding rather than reacting, paving the way for conscious and heartfelt communication.

Couples can complete this series in a small group or privately with Lori. You will have the opportunity to build skills for listening, empathy, self-expression, and making requests. Lori will provide gentle support as you learn to peacefully navigate roadblocks to communication with your partner. With practice, you can expand your vocabulary for feelings and needs and work toward building a culture of peace and gratitude in your home.
CULTIVATING Self-Compassion
This self-compassion class is designed to help you develop self-empathy and learn to be gentle with yourself. Through journal work and guided meditations, you will explore ways to enhance your self-care practices and foster a kinder relationship with yourself. Embrace this opportunity to nurture your well-being and cultivate a deeper sense of self-compassion.
